Standard Shipping
Orders with Ground Shipping typically ship within 24 hours. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. We use USPS and UPS as our preferred shipping carriers. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays. Firefly will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
In Store Pickup
Standard orders are processes once credit card authorization is obtained. Please allow up to a 24 hour processing time. Any orders placed on Saturday after 5pm will not be processed until Monday after 11am. An email notification will be sent when the order is available for pickup.
