ALL orders in the CONTINENTAL USA over $75.00 get FREE GROUND SHIPPING.

Standard Shipping

Orders with Ground Shipping typically ship within 24 hours. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. We use USPS as our preferred shipping carrier. Some orders may be shipped using UPS, depending on delivery address and package size. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays. Chatter will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

NOTE: IN STORE PICK UP orders placed after 5PM on SATURDAY will NOT be processed or ready until 12 PM on MONDAY. You will receive a confirmation email or phone call letting you when pickup is available.


In Store Pickup

Standard orders are processes once credit card authorization is obtained. Please allow up to a 24 hour processing time. Any Orders placed on Saturday after 5pm will not be processed until Monday after 12pm. An email will be sent out for each customer when item/items are available for pickup. For rush orders please call our store at 478-414-1070.



NOTE: That you are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping information. Any fees or extra charges due to wrong shipping information provided by the customer are your responsibility.
