Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $7.50 flat rate shipping to the continental USA. Free shipping is offered for orders over $100. Need it fast? Please call us at 478-295-1222 and we’re happy to give you options!
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 117 W Hancock St Ste B Milledgeville, GA 31061. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are Monday-Friday 11am-6pm, Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 12pm-4pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@firefly-boutique.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
USPS is the only shipping partner we use that delivers to PO Boxes. UPS shipments addressed to a PO box may experience delays, are not covered by UPS service guarantees, and are subject to an address correction surcharge. If a street address cannot be obtained and a PO box is used, the recipient's phone number must be on the label.
